Meet the Broker
Sara Farland’s career began in Corporate America working in marketing and sales. She had the opportunity to work in different company roles throughout New England and the Southeast for ten years gaining experience and knowledge in business development and strategy. Having a strong desire to venture into business ownership, Sara decided to leave her career with Corporate America in order to pursue a new chapter in her career. She combined her passion for design and her business experience and started Sara Crook Design, a home staging company. Recognizing that the real estate industry was closely tied in with her staging business, she became a licensed real estate agent. After meeting her husband Christian, a civil engineer and small business owner as well, they decided to combine their fields of knowledge and begin a real estate development business, Seaport Homes, and later a real estate brokerage, Seaport Realty with Sara as the broker / owner.
In 2024, Sara took on the lead management role at Seaport Realty and is driven to create a real estate brand that is focused on providing the highest level of professionalism. Since she has moved into this role, she has formed new business relationships to deliver high end branding and marketing for the clients who put their trust in the Seaport team. Sara’s unwavering commitment to her real estate team includes ongoing support and training to foster a culture of collaboration and camaraderie. Sara is excited to bring together the best agents in the field to create a company commitment to clients.
Sara resides in the South Coast with her husband Christian and their children.
