Seaport Realty is not your typical real estate brokerage. Founded by local entrepreneurs Christian Farland, P.E., and Sara Farland, the company brings together a unique blend of expertise and vision. Christian, a professional civil engineer, is the owner of Farland Corp., a leading land surveying, civil engineering, and site excavation firm. Sara, a talented designer, launched her home staging business, Sara Crook Design, in 2014 and has since expanded into new construction design, collaborating with builders across Massachusetts since 2019.

At Seaport Realty, we pride ourselves on providing a workplace that encourages collaboration and teamwork. When designing the office space, Sara’s vision was to create a co-working atmosphere where agents could engage with each other within the workspace. We are committed to continuous learning and growth, offering monthly trainings for professional development and to stay on top of industry updates and trends. At Seaport Realty we believe in rewarding our team by hosting regular “Agent Appreciation” gatherings where we come together, socialize and celebrate our accomplishments and efforts.
