Being a Real Estate Agent since 1998 serving clients throughout the state especially in the coastal communities, as well as the cities is her passion. She is also licensed in Rhode Island.

Her attentiveness to details and strong ethical values are of the utmost importance to her. Due to her dedication and work ethic, repeat and referral clients compose her real estate business. As a Staging Consultant, her properties sell quicker and for the most money.
She is certified as a Waterfront Historic Area League (W.H.A.L.E) specialist. This knowledge regarding the significance of the historical homes brings knowledge to her clients. She is also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Giving back to the community is very important to her, as she is on many committees of Child and Family Services which is dear to her heart.
She resides at Round Hill in South Dartmouth with her husband Victor of 35 years and 2 wonderful children Andrew and Nicole. Fatima is creative in every sense. Entertaining and cooking is something she enjoys and does well.
