About Us

Seaport Realty is a real estate brokerage company like no other. It was formed by local business owners Christian Farland, P.E. and Sara Farland. Christian, a professional civil engineer, is the owner of Farland Corp. which is a full service land surveying, civil engineering and site excavation company. Sara, a designer, started a home staging business, Sara Crook Design in 2014 which she still oversees today. She moved into new construction design in 2019, working with builders to create design plans and make selections for their projects throughout the state. In addition to these two companies, they combined their backgrounds to start Seaport Homes which develops land and builds homes with modern and competitive designs. Their portfolio is designed with quality in mind to build distinctive, beautiful homes throughout Massachusetts.
